Dead On Arrival (DOA) Policy

At Absolute Salinity, we understand the importance of receiving healthy and vibrant items. Our Dead On Arrival (DOA) policy is designed to address any unforeseen issues with your order. Please carefully review the following guidelines:

Timeline for DOA Claims: Customers have a two-hour window from the time the package arrives (as per UPS drop time) to submit a DOA claim.

Claim Submission Requirements: To initiate a DOA claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Take a clear picture of the item inside the packaging.
  2. Provide a picture of the deceased item against a white background.
  3. Ensure pictures are taken under white light for accurate assessment.

Exclusions:

  • Shipping costs are not eligible for refund.
  • Items purchased with store credit are not eligible for refund.

DOA Claim Approval: If your claim is approved, you will be issued store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Important Notes:

  • Claims submitted after the two-hour window will not be considered.
  • The decision to grant a DOA claim is at the sole discretion of Absolute Salinity.
  • Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and is only applicable for purchases on our website.
